About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Men's Wholesale Sales to spearhead business growth with a focus on key retail partners. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing wholesale sales initiatives, nurturing existing account relationships, and driving expansion through strategic new business development. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in wholesale sales within the men's premium apparel, luxury fashion, or accessories sector, and a proven track record of success in growing wholesale revenue and managing strategic retail partnerships. The Head of Men's Wholesale Sales will be expected to lead seasonal market activities, create compelling product presentations, and build account-specific growth plans. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor and develop a sales team. Applicants for the Head of Men's Wholesale Sales position at the company should possess a deep understanding of the premium and luxury retail landscape, particularly in relation to major department stores, specialty retailers, and regional accounts.
