Global Project Manager, Home Trial Services

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Global Project Manager to oversee home-visit clinical trial implementation and participant engagement. The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure protocol compliance and successful remote study execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop study-specific plans, training materials, and project timelines
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors; assess healthcare professional qualifications for project participation
• Ensure remote study activities comply with local regulations and laws
• Serve as primary contact for clients and project teams on escalations and concerns
• Mentor junior team members and participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 5+ years experience in clinical trials, project management, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Client relationship management and third-party vendor coordination experience
• Leadership, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities

Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 base
