The unit provides care for patients requiring post-operative and intermediate care. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality patient care. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected. This position involves direct patient care and active participation in a multidisciplinary team.
