About the Position

Job Title: Travel RN - MICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care ICU RN hospital experience License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Minimum 1 year current acute care ICU RN hospital experience - BLS, ACLS & NIH Description: This position is for a travel RN in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The unit has a total of 26 beds with a staffing level of 65 staff members. Patient ratios are 2:1, but this is an estimate and not guaranteed. The type of equipment used in the unit includes CRRT. The EMR system in use is Meditech / CPN. Candidates with prior Meditech experience will be prioritized. Experience traveling to large trauma facilities is preferred. Candidates will perform moderate sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and airway management. The ideal candidate will possess teamwork, coachability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
