Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to each client’s needs, while managing a caseload effectively within a 40-hour workweek.

• Utilize a comprehensive billing service to manage claims, client accounts, eligibility checks, and collaborate closely with insurance providers to ensure smooth processing.

• Document therapy sessions through precise and timely record-keeping and maintain updated treatment notes and client files to uphold our commitment to high-quality care.

• Schedule ongoing client appointments while efficiently managing your calendar to balance therapy sessions, consultations, and administrative tasks.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of clinical presentations, ensuring flexible and tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples across all age groups, particularly focusing on those in need of hospice care. You will work with patients dealing with severe emotional distress, chronic illness, and end-of-life transitions, emphasizing the importance of a compassionate approach to support their psychological well-being as they navigate these difficult journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.

• Professional demeanor, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and excellent organizational skills are critical for success.

• Must commit to working a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in couple’s therapy is highly valued and will be considered favorably during the selection process.

• Prior experience working within a hospice or similar care environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
