Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

BK Kids Pediatric Therapy – Joliet, IL
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

BK Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking for an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing, family-owned pediatric therapy clinic in Joliet, Illinois.

About the Position

Our Occupational Therapists work with children and young adults from birth through age 21 in a fun, supportive, play-based environment.

Treatment areas may include:

• Sensory processing and regulation
• Fine motor and hand skills
• Reflex integration
• Coordination, balance, and strength
• Visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills
• Executive functioning and attention
• Emotional regulation
• Activities of daily living
• School readiness and functional participation

Our clinic provides therapists with the freedom to use their clinical judgment and develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.

Schedule

This is a full-time, 4-day-per-week position consisting of four 10-hour days.

Typical hours are approximately:

8:00 AM–6:00 PM
or
8:30 AM–6:30 PM

We work collaboratively with therapists on scheduling whenever possible.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for Illinois licensure
• Experience evaluating and treating pediatric clients
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

This position is intended for an experienced pediatric therapist and is not currently open to new graduates.

Compensation

$70,000–$90,000 annually , based on pediatric experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
