Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and challenges.

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with each child’s unique developmental pathway.

• Monitor and document outcomes following the development of the IFSP, contributing to the multidisciplinary team’s efforts to enhance child development.

• Support families through education and direct assistance, providing strategies to foster their child’s learning and emotional well-being.

• Build rapport with children and families, facilitating a trusting and supportive environment that promotes healthy development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to guide interventions and therapeutic support.

• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the health and safety of all clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and team collaboration, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged birth to three years with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with their families, conducting assessments that help inform individualized strategies for each child’s growth. The role emphasizes early intervention, enabling children to gain essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communicative areas during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
