What You'll Do:As an Air Export Coordinator, you'll manage international air freight shipments from booking through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international regulations. Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate international air export shipments from origin through final delivery
  • Prepare and review export documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Book cargo space with airlines and transportation providers
  • Coordinate pickups and transportation schedules
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve issues
  • Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors
  • Prepare freight quotations and negotiate transportation rates
  • Process billing and maintain shipment records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 5 years of freight forwarding, logistics, or export experience preferred
    • CargoWise experience is a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
