1st Shift - Production Cook Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Prepare and cook gummy batches following precise formulas and production schedules
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately (gelatin/pectin, sugars, active ingredients, etc.)
• Operate and monitor cooking equipment such as kettles, mixers, and heating systems
• Adjust temperature, timing, and consistency to meet product specifications
• Transfer cooked batches to molding/depositing equipment
• Perform quality checks on texture, color, and consistency
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between batches
• Document batch records and production data accurately

1st Shift - Production Cook Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production, cooking, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions with precision
• Comfortable working with heat, machinery, and fast-paced production lines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of chemistry and algebra, with the ability to apply these concepts in ingredient measurement, batch calculations, and production processes.
