Strategic HRIS & Payroll Systems Lead

Strattec is seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Strattec’s HR information systems, with a strong emphasis on payroll, implementation, data integrity, and reporting. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR operations, driving cross-functional projects that enhance processes and system capabilities.
