This is a great opportunity to join a progressive company with advancement opportunities. Salary of up to $85k and excellent benefits! Responsibilities: Process incoming payments by scanning checks and uploading electronic payments. Accurately allocate payments to the appropriate general ledger codes. Track and manage vendor invoices using an online accounts payable platform. Initiate wire transfers and ACH payments in accordance with internal controls. Assist in maintaining the general ledger by preparing and posting journal entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts Track and report on capital expenditures and operating expenses Provide financial support and analysis to managers and the finance team Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist others.
