In this rewarding role, you'll work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily children with developmental disabilities. Your support will play a vital role in helping clients build skills, reach milestones, and enjoy a higher quality of life.

  What You'll Do:

• Bring individualized behavior plans to life under BCBA supervision
• Track and document client progress through accurate data collection
• Support the development of customized care plans
• Coach families on effective behavioral strategies and tools
• Maintain detailed documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for the best client outcomes
• Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment during therapy sessions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities
  What You Bring:

• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and ABA practices
• An Active RBT certification
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ability to educate and empower families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping others succeed
