About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the CEO to achieve the company's objectives, including organizing the team, driving change and initiatives, and enhancing business and execution acumen. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in directly interfacing and supporting enterprise-level leadership, developing and leading projects, and presentations. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team, managing various functional areas, and fostering a culture of trust, agility, and collaboration. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective business relationships and maintain absolute trust and confidentiality. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in a relevant role, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree or higher. The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with a final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start being mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a background in the aerospace industry, particularly with spacecraft systems, and experience in executing large-scale projects and events at the enterprise level. Key responsibilities include providing strategic organizational focus, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in preparing high-level briefings, facilitating communications between senior leadership, and supporting the CEO and Leadership Team in execution, communication, and customer engagement.
