Qualifications:

• Active California OT license (required)
• Prior California school-based OT experience (required)
• Proficient with BOT 3 and Peabody assessments for students 3–22 with multiple disabilities
• Comfortable managing a fluctuating caseload of 70-80 students across K–12, including mild to severe needs
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, address parent concerns, and make informed service recommendations
• Skilled at working independently, scheduling based on district needs, and traveling between six sites
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, consultation, and direct OT interventions as an itinerant therapist
• Administer standardized assessments and interpret results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and support teams
