You will guide continuous process improvements and ensure alignment with HRIS/WFM objectives. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HRIS/WFM, hands-on UKG Pro Timekeeping implementation experience, and strong reporting design skills across UKG Pro tools and data hubs.
