IT Consultant, Care Delivery Portfolio Operations

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in place of the degree.
• We require at least three years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a closely related field.

• We serve as a liaison between users and IT, helping define business processes and contributing as a technical member on project teams.

• We collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems, support priorities, and communicate progress and key updates.
• We build requirements for process and system solutions by working with stakeholders and IT teams.
• We gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements using established methodologies.
• We prepare and document business cases that evaluate costs, benefits, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
• We support the evolution of applications, systems, and processes toward future-state design.
• We analyze current-state and future-state processes and assess downstream and upstream impacts of requirements.
• We advise leadership on how to align requirements with existing systems and business workflows.
• We identify value gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize processes.
• We support solution design by researching ways to turn requirements into practical business solutions.
• We identify additional data or services needed to solve key business issues.
• We support the evaluation of third-party vendors as directed.
• We recommend regional and national process improvements aligned with best practices and business goals.
• We help develop, implement, and maintain standardized tools, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.

We support Portfolio Operations, a team that provides operational services and strategic support to Clinical Ancillary portfolio leaders and shared services teams, including Product Release, Solution Design, and AI Emerging Technologies. About 80% of this role supports investment-funded initiatives across portfolios, with a focus on execution, governance, operational excellence, and strategic priorities. The position calls for someone who can develop executive-level presentations and reports, conduct complex analyses, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with local, regional, and national stakeholders.
