Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a closely related area.

• We serve as a liaison between users and IT, helping define business processes and contributing as a technical partner on project teams.
• We manage IT hardware asset lifecycle activities, ensuring assets are tracked through approved systems of record and supporting tools.
• We partner with application owners and managers to shape application wellness roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• We help address technical debt across the enterprise technology environment.
• We complete assigned work by applying current subject-matter knowledge, following policies and procedures, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across functions to solve business problems.
• We communicate progress, surface risks or issues as needed, and recommend improvements when opportunities arise.
• We build strong working relationships by sharing information, responding to feedback, and adapting to change.
• We gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements by working with stakeholders and IT teams.
• We develop business cases that evaluate cost, benefit, ROI, and total cost of ownership for proposed solutions.
• We map current-state and future-state processes and assess how requirements affect upstream and downstream solution components.
• We advise leadership on how to align requirements with existing systems and business processes.
• We identify gaps in value and opportunities to improve efficiency or streamline processes.
• We support solution design by researching ways to translate requirements into practical business solutions.
• We help evaluate third-party vendors when requested.
• We recommend regional or national process improvements that align with sustainable best practices and business goals.
• We contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop, implement, and maintain standardized tools, templates, and processes across our domain.

We are hiring an IT Consultant III for our Technology Lifecycle Management and Modernization organization. This is a flexible role, and the selected candidate may need to report to our Greensboro, NC office at least part of the time each week. In this senior individual contributor position, we work closely with application teams, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, infrastructure, datacenter operations, network operations, finance, and compliance to modernize technology, manage asset lifecycle activities, and support enterprise-wide process improvement.
