Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Multi-Task Administrative Professional, located in the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing administrative operations, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, and supporting internal and external communications. The professional will also ensure efficient record-keeping, assist with inventory tracking, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Organizational support, efficient resource management, and customer service are key components of this role.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Experience with office administration, record-keeping, and data entry
Proficiency in written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination
Ability to work efficiently in on-site, fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or a related field is a plus
