Learn more at Responsibilities The Director, Global Strategic Marketing will be responsible for leading commercial strategy & execution for ICOTYDE in Plaque Psoriasis. Key responsibilities include participating in label working groups and compound development teams in collaboration with R&D, leading the Global Commercial Team for strategic alignment across the brand, navigating through immunology governance activities, ensuring regional and cross-functional alignment in strategic decisions and execution, and delivering a clear and actional portfolio strategy. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Strategy for Dermatology & Rheumatology. Lead a cross-functional team through key phases of the Marketing Excellence framework. Partner with R&D and regional teams on multiple label-working groups (LWG). Act as the commercial representative on the cross-functional compound development team (CDT). Partner with Global Commercial Insights (GCI) to uncover actionable customer insights that will shape our commercial strategies & execution. Coordinate with regional partners to develop and execute well-coordinated commercial strategies, tactics and messaging; lead the Global Commercial Team (GCT). Lead competitor evaluation & mitigation initiatives across our Psoriatic portfolio. Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure a high-impact scientific narrative, robust publication plans, and enduring/differentiating data generation. Liaise with Market Access in development of value propositions to support/bolster reimbursement and approvals globally. Collaborate with key cross-functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value proposition and commercial forecast valuation models. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required. A minimum of 5 years demonstrated in-line marketing, marketing insights, consulting, or sales management/training experience executing marketing strategy is required. An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment, and drive decision making is required. Immunology experience is preferred. Senior brand responsibility, product launch, experience in working with global teams, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical development is preferred. Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills. This position is based in Horsham, PA will require up to 25% domestic and international travel.
