Associate Attorney - Personal Injury/Civil Litigation

We are seeking a 1 to 5 years experienced Associate Attorney to join the team. Practice area: Plaintiff Catastrophic Injury and Asbestos Litigation. Gain courtroom experience, depositions, trial preparation, direct client contact, and mentorship in high stakes plaintiff litigation. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and advance litigation files through all stages of the case. Meet with clients and witnesses and investigate claims to develop evidence. Take and defend depositions and participate in trial preparation and trial. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses. Appear in court for hearings and collaborate with partners on litigation strategy. Qualifications Licensed to practice law or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction. 1 to 5 years of litigation experience. Excellent legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to deadlines and case details. Demonstrated work ethic, professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn.
