Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney for its office in Louisville, Kentucky. The attorney will focus on managing pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. Duties Handle all pre-litigation work daily. Guide clients through the case process. Draft and file pre-litigation documents. Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation. Manage the release approval process. Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive. Drive compliance and KPIs among the team. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the KY State Bar Association. 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience. Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active membership with the KY State Bar Association. Skills Strong leadership and team management. Excellent communication and client service.
