Regional Field Sales Leader & Coach (In-Field)

Great Day Improvements is seeking an Area Sales Manager to manage and improve area sales through effective training and coaching in Kent, Washington. You will be responsible for boosting sales of Patio Enclosures and Stanek products while ensuring that the sales team meets their objectives. This is a working, in-field role requiring travel up to 25 weeks per year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of in-home selling experience and excellent communication skills to mentor new and existing sales representatives.
