Payroll Leader: High-Volume, Multi-Entity, On-Time

Swoon is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Lead to own the end-to-end payroll process for a high-volume workforce across multiple entities and worker types. You will ensure on-time payroll cycles, navigate complex tax and classification rules, and partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues promptly. With a strong focus on process improvements, you will drive automation, support payroll system enhancements (including Bullhorn One), and provide timely insights from payroll data #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
