- Minimum 2–5 years as a Software / Product / Full‑Stack Engineer
- Has shipped customer‑facing products (not purely platform, internal tooling, or research)
- Strong Python experience (FastAPI / Django / similar)
- Comfortable in fast, ambiguous startup environments (Seed–Series D ideal)
