Pizzaiolo – Miami, FL
Join an acclaimed hospitality group opening a new high-profile restaurant featuring authentic Italian cuisine. This is a rare opportunity to train directly under a renowned Italian chef and hone your craft in an upscale, high-volume environment.

Pizzaiolo Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven high-volume or upscale dining experience
- Strong pizza making skills essential
- Eagerness to learn and execute traditional Italian techniques
- Willingness to participate in hands-on training with an expert chef
Pizzaiolo Preferred Background & Skills:
- Italian language skills a significant advantage (will train under an Italian-only speaking chef)
- Knowledge of authentic Italian ingredients and methods
Pizzaiolo Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality pizzas using traditional methods and premium ingredients
- Master authentic recipes through on-the-job training with an award-winning chef
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented kitchen environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborate respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
