Job summary,

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician in Warrenton, NC. The clinician will conduct assessments and provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients in the community and individuals living in halfway houses.

Many of the clients served are Medicaid members , and clinicians work closely with peer support specialists, prescribers, and other members of the care team to provide coordinated behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical services to clients in community settings and halfway houses.

Required Qualifications

• LCSWA or LCMHCA required.
• LCSW or LCMHC preferred.
• Active North Carolina licensure or eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• LCAS or LCASA preferred.
• Candidates without LCASA may be considered if willing to register for LCASA after hire.
• Experience working with behavioral health and/or substance use disorder populations is preferred.

Work Arrangement

Candidates may be considered for:

• In-Person – Highest salary potential.
• Hybrid – Combination of in-person and remote work.
• Fully Remote – Available based on organizational needs and candidate qualifications.
