Director of Operations

To support growth objectives in a remote environment, the full-time Director of Operations will expand Flare's infrastructure by designing and executing strategic initiatives, centralizing operational performance measurement, and serving as a trusted consultant across departments. Key responsibilities Centralize measurement and management of operational performance by establishing baseline measures and creating a shared dashboard Identify and implement continuous improvements across processes and build a shared services function to scale capabilities used by all departments Facilitate the annual forecasting and budgeting process in coordination with the Finance team while building a team to execute operations initiatives Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in operations consulting or management roles, specifically within SaaS organizations Prior experience in cybersecurity organizations and with start-up/scale-up environments is preferred Demonstrated proficiency in cross-functional project management and developing automated solutions for efficiency Exceptional communication skills across multiple audience levels, from individual contributors to executives Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
