Business Development Manager (Charlotte)

Select Search Group is partnering with a growing recruiting and staffing firm in the Charlotte area to identify a sales and staffing professional focused on developing new business and growing their staffing division.
What you’ll do:
- Develop new client relationships through outbound prospecting, networking and in-person meetings
- Generate new temporary staffing opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Partner with recruiters to deliver talent and grow client accounts
- Manage and develop an active sales pipeline
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of B2B sales, business development or staffing experience
- Strong hunter mentality and comfort with outbound prospecting
- Staffing/temp staffing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive and driven to win
A very competitive compensation plan is offered, which includes commission.
