Director of Recruiting

Leading a team of recruiters in a remote capacity, the full-time Director of Recruiting will drive performance, operational excellence, and consultant satisfaction while partnering with various departments to align recruiting efforts with business priorities. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet production and customer satisfaction goals Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize recruiting efforts and drive revenue growth Optimize recruiting workflows and leverage technology to enhance productivity and efficiency Required qualifications 7+ years of agency recruiting experience within Healthcare IT staffing or a similar environment Preferred leadership experience managing high-performing recruiting teams Strong business acumen with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
