Human Resources Manager – Red Bank Borough Full‑time position immediately available for a qualified Human Resources professional to oversee and coordinate a wide range of HR functions in support of Borough operations and employees. Under the direction of the Borough Manager, responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel transactions, payroll coordination, employee relations, policy implementation, and personnel support services. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters professionally. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources or personnel administration. Previous municipal or public sector experience is preferred. Proficiency with HR and payroll systems, strong written communication skills, and the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations are required. Salary range is $85,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
