Hospitality Operations Coordinator

Stayplus is a Miami-based hospitality and real estate management company specializing in short-term rental properties. Our mission is to keep every property in exceptional condition, deliver memorable guest experiences, and maximize results for property owners through reliable, hospitality-driven management. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Coordinator to lead the daily execution of our field operations across Miami-Dade County.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Field Operations Coordinator serves as the link between company leadership and our field teams. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating Property Managers, supporting housekeeping and maintenance operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring every Stayplus property remains fully stocked, well maintained, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can coordinate multiple priorities, hold team members accountable, and respond calmly when urgent operational issues arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Coordination and Leadership Coordinate daily activities across the Property Management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Prepare and distribute daily field schedules through Breezeway. Review field assignments and confirm that tasks are completed correctly and documented. Provide direction, feedback, and ongoing support to Property Managers. Serve as the first point of escalation for field-level operational issues. Coordinate repairs and emergency maintenance with internal team members and approved vendors. Support the onboarding and development of new field associates. Promote fair workload distribution, accountability, and professional communication. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records for home essentials, kitchenware, welcome kits, and operational supplies. Reconcile Breezeway inventory records with the physical stock available in storage. Receive new inventory and document deliveries and inventory walkthroughs in Breezeway. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shortages and unnecessary overstocking. Coordinate restocking with the Operations and Housekeeping teams. Oversee reordering and approve appropriate field-level restock requests. Purchase urgent essential items when necessary to keep properties guest-ready. Property Oversight and Quality Control Conduct regular property spot inspections for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance concerns, and damages. Review housekeeping inspection submissions and communicate quality concerns to the appropriate manager. Ensure Property Managers and housekeepers consistently follow Stayplus procedures. Confirm that properties meet Stayplus’s five-star presentation standards. Identify and complete minor property fixes when appropriate. Coordinate timely resolution of maintenance and quality concerns. Participate in walkthroughs and operational setup for newly onboarded properties. Reporting and Communication Maintain complete and accurate documentation in Breezeway, Slack, and Monday.com. Provide leadership with regular updates regarding property conditions, staffing concerns, maintenance issues, and unresolved tasks. Escalate operational risks promptly and provide a recommended course of action. Participate in recurring operations and leadership meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, property management, facilities coordination, or a related field. Experience coordinating or supervising field-based employees. Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills. Ability to inspect properties carefully and identify cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and presentation issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using mobile applications and operational platforms; experience with Breezeway, Slack, or Monday.com is a plus. Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm during urgent situations. Willingness to perform hands‑on field work when operationally necessary. Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel throughout Miami‑Dade County. Ability to safely handle supplies, conduct property walkthroughs, and remain active throughout the workday.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Daily field schedules are organized, clear, and distributed on time. Properties remain clean, functional, fully stocked, and guest-ready. Field tasks are properly documented and completed according to procedure. Maintenance and quality concerns are addressed or escalated promptly. Inventory records accurately reflect the stock available. Team members receive consistent direction, feedback, and support. Repeat quality issues are identified and prevented.

COMPENSATION AND SUPPORT

Salary: $30/Hour (40 hours per week (Sunday - Thursday) Full-time, field-based position Mileage and parking reimbursement in accordance with company policy Company-provided tools, equipment, and operational supplies Structured 90-day onboarding and leadership development program Annual performance and compensation review Eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

This position is based in Miami, Florida, and requires regular travel between Stayplus properties throughout Miami-Dade County. The standard schedule is Sunday - Thursday , with flexibility and responsiveness required when urgent property issues arise.
