This role combines  customer service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales  in a fully remote environment.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

  Meet With & Educate Clients

You'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to:

• Understand individual and family protection needs

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Review available benefits and policy features

• Answer coverage questions clearly and professionally

• Provide needs-based recommendations

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Assist with required documentation

• Conduct policy reviews and discuss appropriate updates

Our approach is centered on  listening, educating, and helping clients make informed decisions—not high-pressure sales tactics.

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

Your responsibility doesn't end after enrollment.

You'll continue serving clients by assisting with:

• Policy questions and service requests

• Beneficiary updates

• Claims-related guidance

• Follow-up communication

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Be physically located within the United States

• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License

• Have access to a computer or laptop

• Have a webcam and microphone

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable meeting with clients virtually

• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
