Strategic Employee Benefits Account Executive

SDI Staffing is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive in Torrance, CA. This full-time hybrid role reports to the Vice President and focuses on managing and growing assigned client accounts within self-funded and other benefit plans. You will lead renewals, develop benefit strategies, submit RFPs, negotiate with carriers, analyze plans, ensure ACA/ERISA/HIPAA compliance, and guide open enrollment.
