About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing leadership in financial strategy, accounting, budgeting, grant financial management, audit, compliance, and business systems. The successful candidate will lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial strategies, as well as oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, and cash management. Strong expertise in nonprofit accounting, grant compliance, and budgeting is essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain scalable financial processes. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA preferred, and at least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to present financial information to executive leadership and governing boards. The CFO will also be responsible for leading a high-performing finance function, promoting transparency, accountability, and risk management, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
