Territory Manager (PAIN) (Raleigh NC)

Responsibilities Demonstrate selling skills and pull‑thru execution through strategically and tactically allocating resources to drive results Develop effective customer relationships and leverage them to drive results Use baseline knowledge of business analytics (customer data, resources, tools) Build account and territory plans Use available data to target and access most valuable accounts Demonstrate expertise across product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care Manage territory by routinely analyzing data to target high‑prescribing HCPs Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to target HCPs Meet or exceed established call average and sales performance expectations Demonstrate market and industry knowledge relative to product portfolio and competitor products Use clinical and disease state knowledge and understand impact on patients and providers Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner Attend sales training classes, sales meetings, and national/regional conferences Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience preferred with a track record of success Reside in or within close proximity to assigned geography required Valid driver’s license with good driving history; overnight travel may be required Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills Ability to drive in a geographically large territory for long periods each day Lifting sample boxes (up to 25 pounds); reasonable accommodations may be provided Benefits Range of starting base pay: $105K–$145K; eligible for annual bonus program and/or sales incentive plan Medical (includes prescription drug), Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) with matching, discretionary time off, paid sick time, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, paid holidays, employee referral bonuses, and employee discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
