Senior Capture Manager

Job Title
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a professional for a key role in the BD team.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Being a key member of the BD team who works on top pursuits and contributes to company growth
- Being a self starter who is able to successfully build teams and implement win strategy
- Meeting with customers to learn their key requirements and show how AMERICAN SYSTEMS can meet their needs
- Working across the company to develop and implement win strategies to increase competitive advantages on bids and best position AMERICAN SYSTEMS
- Leading and negotiating teaming agreements and strategic alliances
- Working with the Solutions team to develop competitive solutions that meet customer requirements and hit the price to win
- Advising and supporting other capture efforts by supporting color team reviews
- Understanding of legislative process
- Having existing relationships with outside stakeholders to include key customers and community stakeholders
Qualifications
The qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study
- 10 years total experience in federal government procurement
- Proven track record of successful captures in Government Contracting
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $17,500.00/Yr. - USD $28,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. AMERICAN SYSTEMS provides for the welfare of its employees and their dependents through a comprehensive benefits program by offering healthcare benefits, paid leave, retirement plans, insurance programs, and education and training assistance.
