VP, DSCR & Capital Markets — Build & Scale Lending
Gina Group LLC
TrueStone Lending is seeking a VP of Credit & Capital Markets to help build, lead, and scale a DSCR and residential investor lending platform in New York. You will craft credit guidelines, pricing, and sale strategies, while aligning with originations, underwriting, and capital markets partners.
The role demands deep experience in DSCR/RTL lending, loan sale, and strong relationships with buyers and funding partners.
