Account Payable Specialist

Overview ONIN Staffing is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with hands-on QuickBooks experience to join our team. If you have strong accounting skills and are comfortable managing invoices, payments, and vendor accounts, we want to hear from you! Pay $18.00 per hour Responsibilities
- Process invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Enter and maintain financial information accurately in QuickBooks
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic accounting duties
- Maintain organized financial records
- Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
- Weekly pay
