Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Clinical Social Worker at St. Patricks, you will manage a diverse caseload of patients in the hospice setting. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Employing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), personalized to the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and relevant regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
