EIntegro Power Solutions, Inc. is a rapid growing Silicon Valley-based technology company providing power solutions such as natural gas generations to utility companies and large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) electrical consumers including data centers. To meet the needs due to the recent expansion in the natural gas power generation area, we are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Field Engineer (SFE) who would understand the customers’ needs and design ideas in terms of generators selections, regulation in compliance such as Rule 21, and a strong project execution mindset and leadership spirit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations, field deployment, and customer relations. Key Responsibilities Field Equipment Operation & Technical Mastery: Bring hands-on operational expertise with natural gas engine generators. Lead, support or monitor site integration, initial startups, operational testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting on-site. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact on customer sites, maintaining clear communication with client facility managers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders. Project Ownership: Drive field projects from design validation through to final customer handover, maintaining continuous awareness of schedule, budget, risk factors, and site safety. Proposal Alignment: Translate real-world field feedback and customer operational needs into customized technical inputs for ongoing project engineering, negotiation with vendors and EaaS/PPA agreement establishment and delivery. Ideal Profile Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or equivalent practical experience in power generation systems. Hands-On Gas Engine Expertise: 5+ years of direct experience working with natural gas generators, including system setup, operational testing, maintenance awareness, or field integration. Project leadership spirit: Demonstrated ability to manage complex field deployments, prioritize tasks under pressure, and drive multidisciplinary engineering projects to successful completion. Strong Communication skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively communicating complex engineering topics to non-technical customers, facility leaders, and contractors. Bilingual preference: Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).
