Quick Facts Location: Brattleboro, VT Start Date: Upon mutually agreed schedule End Date/Duration: Full-Time Shift: Regular day shifts, rotating on-call coverage Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: CPR, Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience: Prior orthopedic surgical experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $300,000 to $360,000 annually Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan options, paid time off, professional development opportunities What You ll Do Diagnose and evaluate complex orthopedic conditions using physical exams and diagnostic imaging Develop personalized treatment plans combining surgical and non-surgical options Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy procedures Manage pre-op and post-op patient care to ensure safety and optimal recovery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care providers, PT, and OT specialists Document medical records accurately, including procedures, treatment plans, and outcomes Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic surgery to incorporate best practices Participate in on-call rotations and professional development activities What You Need Valid medical license in Vermont CPR certification; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Proven proficiency in orthopedic surgical techniques Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver compassionate patient care About the Assignment Join a forward-thinking healthcare team at a leading facility in Brattleboro, Vermont, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a supportive environment.
