Estimator Position

A growing commercial general contractor is looking for an experienced Estimator with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a company with a strong pipeline, rock-solid benefits, and significant room for growth.

A background in carpentry, interiors, or specialty construction is especially valuable. If you have developed the attention to detail that comes from estimating these scopes and are ready to bring that experience to the general contracting side, we want to talk to you.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience
• Carpentry, interiors, or specialty construction background preferred
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Strong quantity takeoff and cost estimating skills
• Ability to solicit and level subcontractor/vendor bids
• Experience with bid preparation, scope review, and value engineering
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch scope gaps
• Comfortable working closely with operations, project management, and subcontractors
