What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role is highly valued

• Excellent communication skills and patience when assisting students of varying abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in education or child development a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students under teacher supervision
• Assist students with coursework, assignments, and classroom activities
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth
• Support students in developing independence, social skills, and self-confidence
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and reinforcing lessons
