Key Qualifications:
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students under the supervision of certified staff
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom modifications

- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social development needs
- Monitor student progress and share observations with the teaching team
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and daily routines
