Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients with diverse mental health needs. Specific duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's individual circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed practitioners, to coordinate patient treatment effectively.

• Participating in weekly case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care strategies and address any challenges encountered in the therapeutic process.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and local support services.

• Staying informed about emerging trends and research in the field of mental health to continuously enhance your practice and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy services to clients.

• Proven proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and interventions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with telehealth platforms, knowledge of community resources, and familiarity with various mental health assessment tools will be considered an advantage.
