Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing clinical judgment to develop personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Educate and support patients and their families on mental health strategies, providing resources and referrals as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
