Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs, identify barriers to treatment, and develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, both individual and group-based, to deliver compassionate and ethical mental health therapy.

• Collaborate with the Social Work Manager and multidisciplinary team to create integrated care plans tailored to each patient’s unique background and psychosocial needs.

• Document all social work activities in compliance with departmental standards and maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing education to remain updated on community resources and best practices in clinical social work.

• Advocate for patients and their families, coordinating with community services to enhance support networks and resources available.

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to share insights and best practices, contributing to organizational excellence.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
