Mission Operational efficiency – Streamlining processes for peak performance Team development – Recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled workforce Customer retention – Ensuring exceptional service to build long-term loyalty Revenue generation – Maximizing opportunities across all service offerings Key Performance Targets Achieve targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year-end 2025 Maintain steady revenue intake per week during peak operational periods Ensure a stable workforce of full-time field technicians throughout the season Meet annual revenue goals for holiday lighting services Drive upsell conversions to generate additional revenue Optimize sales conversion rates for new business acquisition Operate within budget while maximizing profitability What We’re Looking For We need a strong, decisive leader who thrives in an evolving business environment.
