Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat support to individuals seeking mental health treatment
- Answer queries and provide information about Amend Treatment's programs and services
- Assist in scheduling appointments and assessments for potential clients
- Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor while interacting with individuals
- Document conversations and maintain accurate records of all interactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Empathy and understanding towards individuals dealing with mental health challenges
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and tools
- Knowledge of mental health terminology and treatment options
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
