About the Role:
EAir LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team in Medley, FL! This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. - Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute documents and records as requested
- Scan, photocopy, and index documents for accurate record-keeping
- Ensure confidential files are stored securely and in compliance with company policies
- Assist staff with locating and accessing files and records in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain logs of incoming and outgoing documents
- Support general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in a file clerk, administrative, or clerical role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
